1. Shipping & Delivery
1.1 Dispatch Timelines
The estimated dispatch time for each Product is mentioned on its respective Product page. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as Product shortages or unexpected demand. We will make efforts to keep you informed, but we are not liable for such delays.
1.2 Delivery Timelines
Deliveries within India typically take 2–7 working days, while international deliveries may take 7–12 working days. These timelines are indicative and subject to variations beyond our control. We work with leading delivery partners and select the best one based on your location.
1.3 Damaged Packages
If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it. If the Product inside is found to be damaged, please write to us at care@neev.store within 24 hours of receiving the package, providing pictures, videos, and relevant details of the damage.
1.4 Failed Deliveries
If a package is undelivered due to failure in accepting it after two attempts, it will be returned to us by the delivery partner. We assume no liability for any loss or damage during the return process. Undelivered products will not be eligible for a refund.
1.5 Pre-Paid Order Dispatch Scheduling
- Customers with pre-paid orders can schedule the dispatch date once their order is ready for dispatch.
- The dispatch date cannot be scheduled beyond 45 days from the date of purchase.
- Change of delivery address will not be allowed at the time of scheduling.
